The relationship between employer and employee in the non-unionized setting is subject to a vast array of federal and provincial laws and regulations.  Employment lawyers at Elkind & Lipton advise and represent both management and individual clients in a full-range of employment issues, including wrongful dismissal, human rights and workplace safety issues. We have appeared on behalf of our clients before all levels of the courts, administrative boards and commissions.

Our employment lawyers are also involved in the negotiation and drafting of executive employment contracts for employment in both domestic and international locations, and are experienced in dealing with legal issues involving immigration and tax laws when dealing with executive relocation issues.
