Ontario has a thriving government-operated gaming industry. We are active in the law pertaining to this growing field, advising clients on how best to frame proposals to the government, to operate commercial and charitable casinos in Ontario, and proposals to supply gaming equipment and services to government agencies. We counsel applicants for registration with various provincial gaming commissions in Canada, and advise a wide variety of organizations on the conduct and management of gaming endeavours."

We advise multi-national clients on the effect of Canadian law on the burgeoning Internet gaming industry, and our partners appear at international gaming seminars and symposiums under the auspices of the International Bar Association and the International Masters of Gaming Law.
